We use only quartz because it is 100% safe to use in direct contact with water. Certain stones are not safe for direct-method elixirs.
As a general rule, stones with names that end in -ite are water-soluble, which means they will dissolve in water. Other crystals are not applicable due to their natural properties, such as softness/hardness and size limitations.
Our crystals have been chosen after careful research, to ensure our crystal elixirs are completely safe.
The crystals are secured to the base using food-grade stainless steel wire. No glue or adhesive is used.
The glass body of the bottle is dishwasher safe. The lid and base must be washed by hand. The crystal can also be cleaned with soap and water. Let dry completely before reassembling. You may also clean your crystal in the light of the full moon.
